Acknowledges the inherent risks of off-road motorcycling and releases Blackwater Adventures, Inc. from liability for injuries arising from those risks.
Required if any participant is under 21. Note: our standard rides have a 21+ minimum age — minor participation is restricted to specific approved private group events.
Outlines the rider's responsibility for damage to rented motorcycles and gear, including standard repair fees and deductible amounts.
Required when renting a Blackwater Adventures motorcycle. Covers acceptable use, return condition, and fuel/cleaning expectations.
Confirms you've reviewed our group ride safety rules: helmet/apparel requirements, hand signals, group spacing, what to do if you go down, and what to do if you can't see the rider behind you.
